Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Prakash Handicraft, we take great pride in offering handcrafted furniture and home décor that is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. Due to the unique and fragile nature of our products, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy, except in cases of damage during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy (India)
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged in transit and reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Customers must notify us via WhatsApp at +91 9587383861 with images of the damaged item.

  • If our team verifies the damage, we will arrange for a repair, exchange, or refund based on the situation.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-12 business days after receiving the returned item.

Return & Exchange Policy (International Orders)
  • All international shipments are insured against transit damage.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.

  • In case of damage, the insurance provider will handle the claim based on their terms.

  • Customers must report any damage within 24-48 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp at +91 9587383861.

Important Terms for Returns & Exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for properly packing the item before returning it.

  • The pickup will be arranged by us, and return shipping costs will be covered by Prakash Handicraft.

  • Returns are only processed from the original delivery address.

  • Custom-made and specially ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Color variations or minor differences in handwork are not valid reasons for return, as handcrafted items may have slight variations.

Cancellations & Modifications
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Orders can be modified if notified in a timely manner.
  • We do not offer refunds for canceled orders.

  • Ownership of the product remains with Prakash Handicraft until full payment is received.

Silver Products – Maintenance & Returns
  • Silver-clad furniture and décor cannot be returned due to tarnishing, as oxidation is a natural process.

  • We apply an anti-tarnish coating to delay oxidation. Customers can request to skip this coating, but we are not responsible for faster tarnishing.

  • We offer maintenance services for silver products within India at an additional cost. This service is not available for international orders.

  • If customers maintain silver products at their end, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper polishing or cleaning materials.
